How can you help?

First let us say thank you, for considering being a table host.  Our gratitude is never ending.  It is truly the Table Hosts that make this event the success that it is. 

We want to assure you that we are planning an evening that is not only going to be inspiring for you and those you invite- but it’s also going to be an evening of fun and fellowship.  There will be a beautifully catered buffet by Don Strange, a live and silent auction, topped off with a concert.

• Hosting A Table is Simple.  You commit to inviting your friends and business associates to fill a table of ten (10).  We do not sell tickets to this event so getting these tables filled is a Very Important Part of being a Table Host.
•  We will Supply You with all You Need.  We will provide you with invitations and instructions.  We simply ask that you let your friends and associates know that this is a fundraiser and there will be a request for a donation at the end of the evening.  All proceeds go towards supporting services offered to thousands of Hill Country Families living in crisis and poverty.
• Collect RSVP’s.  We want to make sure that your guests feel welcome by making sure that we have their names on the list and a nametag waiting for them when they arrive.  We also need to make sure the table is FULL.  We ask that names be turned in by Friday, February 8^th.  In the case that your table is not filled by then, we will begin filling the table with guest to ensure that we have a Full House!
