Thank you for commitment to being a table host for the 2012 annual Vision Dinner and Concert.

Without you there is no Vision Dinner, so we thank you.  Your participation as a table hosts is truly paramount for the evening’s success.  Remember we do not sale tickets to this event, so we rely on you, the table host, to invite people of the community to come enjoy the evening.  

Details….

1. CLICK HEREand follow the prompts to sign up as a table hosts.  You likely do not have your guests information at this point, but if you do feel free to fill in their information too.  Once you have completed registration, you will land on a page that instructs you to print this page for your records.  This page will also be emailed to you, provided you gave an email address.  This page will contain a code.  This will be the code to your table host account.  If during your sign up you provided your credit card information, then you are also signed up for the silent auction express pay the night of the event.
2. Once you have completed your online registration, you will receive a packet via the mail in a few days.  This packet will contain instructions for you to invite your guests to the event.  Inside each invitation for your guest there will be detailed instructions showing them how to go online and register as your guests for the event.  They too will be given your table host code.  
3. As a table host you will be invited to attend a private pre-party table host kick off party.  There will be two party’s for you to choose from: January 20, 2012 and February 13, 2012.  You will provided with the pre-party details as to where, what time, etc.
4. We also ask that you insure your guests are registered by February 13, 2012.
